Made with locally sourced wildflower honey, French Levain and organic flours when available. These sourdough breads are slow proofed for maximum rise and tenderness. Made to order, allow 48 hours due to dough requirements.

Using organic where possible with locally sourced organic eggs. Our ingredients when available are sourced from the Ardmore, Durant and Sherman area.
